Hello Prospective Landlords and Fellow Pet-Owners!
In Metro Atlanta’s competitive rental market owning a pet can bring about difficulties finding a rental home, especially if you happen to own a dog that is considered an “aggressive breed.” Luckily, pet resumes are a growing trend to appear as a competitive applicant. I’ve created a pet resume for my two fur-babies in order to dispel any concerns potential landlords have and increase my chances of renting a pet-friendly home. Additionally, I’ve also included scientific evidence to dispel any myths against “Pitbulls” and “aggressive breeds.”
Objectives for Pet Resume:
- To convey responsibility and alleviate concerns about pet behavior.
- Share scientific studies to increase my chances of turning pet tolerant landlords into pet-friendly landlords.
